Likely reason #4 why you aren’t losing weight quickly
When it comes to losing weight, everyone seems to have an answer to solve that problem, but they never seem to be asking the right kind of question. Why is my weight loss not happening? What am I doing wrong? I’m putting in the effort and I’m not seeing the results. Why am I failing?
There’s no need to panic. Information is all over the place. In fact, infomercials, weight loss clinics, and health food stores are right at your disposal serving you the latest pills, juices, devices, or any combination of them all. Each and every one of them promises “quick” weight loss. Unfortunately, each and every one of them is stealing money from your wallet.
REALITY CHECK: Losing weight quickly is absolutely, positively, 100 percent guaranteed to cause your body to gain weight. You will not find an answer in any “magic” pill, potion, or juice. So, STOP LOOKING!
The diet and weight loss industry is a multimillion dollar business. The problem is that they are making all the money and you are keeping all the weight. It’s all based on fear, misinformation and guilt.
Every Tuesday for the next three weeks, I’ll offer you a new tip on how to combat the battle of the bulge in a smart and safe manner. If you are looking for quick weight loss secrets, this isn’t the place for you. But, if you’re trying to find a way to reduce your body weight using sound advice for long term fat reduction, read on.
Likely reason #4: You are blaming everything on your genetics. You can point your finger at your parents for a lot of things, but let’s face it; you can’t put the blame on them for you having a slow metabolism.
Everyone can lose fat. It will just take a little longer and require a little more effort for some than for others. It’s definitely not fair that more than a few people have inherited a metabolism and body type that favors fat storage. But by working a little harder than other people, being more persistent than other people and training more intensely than other people, you too could have a body of your dreams.
It’s amazing what a body can look like if a proper plan of action is put into place. Take responsibility for your actions and set realistic goals with deadlines.

Great blog, I hope this helps too.
I just finished reading James Arthur Ray’s newest book, Harmonic Wealth, and I had to share this concept he has that I think makes so much sense: LIVING FROM THE OUTCOME (Page 322). James says that most people live toward the outcome, meaning you are living like you don’t have it yet. He says you should shift your thinking so that you are LIVING FROM THE OUTCOME and thus sending out the energy to the world that you already have it. Think, feel, and act like you’ve already made it and the universe will say “Your wish is my command.”
For me, that meant acting like I was more valuable as an individual – acting like a $500 a day earner instead of a $150 a day earner (no more reality TV marathons!) and acting like a thin and fit woman instead of a slightly overweight and sometimes lazy woman (goodbye Ranch Doritos!). Honestly, in the two weeks since I put down the book, things have started changing. And I think it really comes down to that one concept.

I have gone through your articles on weight loss with a lot of interest. They all give interesting solutions to weight loss methods and on that give a guide on the disadvantages of excessive weight loss to your health. I also found absolute herbal products to be very effective too. You do not need to control or exempt yourself from certain food items. This works very well too.
