Everyone’s always looking forward towards the weekend.  I know it’s only the middle of the week, but it’s always just a few days away so it’s always on people’s minds.

People find all kinds of ways to exercise…some make it to the gym on a regular basis, some use the parks and beaches…and some find ways to spend quality time with the kids.
