		<description>Well, obviously you should be getting more sleep.  But if that is unavoidable, try cutting back on the running and start hitting the weights. 

Running and no weight training will only use up all of your valuable lean muscle tissue.  The goal for any healthy body is to maintain and increase its lean muscle mass.  The way you are going has your body trying to  keep itself alive by keeping all its fat as a protective mechanism.  This fat is the only thing that is keeping the internal organs functioning properly. 

Let&#039;s examing your sore throat  and signs of a cold situation. That&#039;s a sure signal that your body&#039;s immune system trying to tell you something.  You aren&#039;t protected from sickness as much as you should be because you are not allowing your body to rest and recover.  

It&#039;s like a light switch in a refrigerator.  Every so often it will turn off because the door closes and the food remains fresh and cold.
Well, you&#039;ve been leaving that door open waaaaaaaayyyy too long and your body is starting to break down.
