We’re Not Dead! We’ve Just Moved


I am here to inform you of some very sad, yet very exciting and important news.

As you have probably noticed, if you were a regular reader of Fit Over 40, there haven’t been many posts in a number of months. A series of changes have taken place…no I didn’t grow any new hair (I WISH!!!) This has caused us to focus on expanding our capabilities.

After almost two years of blogging, we have just simply outgrown our old site.  So we stepped away from the keyboard, packed our stuff and successfully decided to make a move.

No worries, it’s the same blog — just new and improved. The new location offers much more room for expansion  as we continue to grow. The only things that have changed are our new name and our new address.

Everyone’s always looking forward towards the weekend.  I know it’s only the middle of the week, but it’s always just a few days away so it’s always on people’s minds.

There’s no long commute, your stress is momentairly relieved, you don’t have to confront that nosey co-worker and you get to just rest and relax.

I’ve found that weekends have become a great time to actually try new things as I don’t have the time during my busy week. (more…)

People find all kinds of ways to exercise…some make it to the gym on a regular basis, some use the parks and beaches…and some find ways to spend quality time with the kids.

Success and happiness comes from a person feeling good about themselves, liking the way they look and not having low self-esteem or feelings of worthlessness.  If you don’t appreciate something about yourself, make a plan on how to create some changes.  Get on your feet, run (don’t walk) towards your nearest fitness facility and find out what your life has been missing.

It has been a couple days after New Year’s and all the resolutions were made, all the good intentions were thought out, all the goals were planned…
